Director/Owner, Jazz, Contemporary and Technique Instructor
Limbert Capellan is the Owner/Director of Centerstage Dance Academy in Tampa, Florida. Limbert has been a teacher, choreographer, and director of dance for 18 years. He’s traveled throughout the US and abroad teaching and performing. He was a semi-finalist on season three of So You Think You Can Dance making it into the top twenty male dancers, and a finalist on season eight of America’s Got Talent with the audio-visual performance group TellAvision. Limbert has danced for many Latin Music Awards shows, Cirque Dreams, Disney World, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, Super Bowl XXXV, Shapeology, multiple stage shows, industrials, corporate events, commercials, and aboard cruise ships. He has been a featured dancer for many recording artists including Aly & AJ, The Cheetah Girls, Meg Donnelly, Stori, Chino Y Nacho, Prince Royce, & Leslie Grace. He had the honor to choreograph for the 15th International Indian Film Academy Awards. Limbert has worked with Busch Gardens and Norwegian Cruise Lines as part of their audition team traveling all over to scout talent for their companies. He has many students who currently work as professional dancers and attend top college dance programs. Recently, he got to perform in the Super Bowl LV Pepsi Halftime Show with The Weeknd and on season two of David Makes Man on HBOMax.
